By accessing or using Build or Skip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Build or Skip provides AI-powered market research and idea validation tools. The Service analyzes publicly available data to generate demand, competition, and revenue insights for business ideas. Results are generated by AI and should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process.
You may use the Service without an account for limited functionality. To access paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
Each plan has scan limits as described on our pricing page. Unused scans do not roll over between billing periods. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
The scan results and reports generated for you are yours to use. The Service itself, including its algorithms, design, and codebase, remains the property of Build or Skip. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
The Service provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You use the Service at your own risk and should conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build or Skip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
