It used to answer “should I build this?” with a BUILD or SKIP verdict. We tested that verdict against 292 launches whose outcomes we already knew, and could not show it predicted which ones would die.

The register answers the same question from the record: who already built your idea, and whether they are still here. That seemed worth more than another opinion.
